Job Description

As a Service Booking Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support throughout their vehicle servicing experience. Your role will involve meeting and greeting guests, listening to their concerns, and documenting issues for our workshop to review.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring repair orders are accurate and complete with guest and vehicle details.
  • Tracking vehicle progress, ensuring cars are completed on time, and keeping guests informed.
  • Processing and explaining documentation and receipt payments.
  • Supporting and educating guests in the servicing and maintenance of their vehicles.
  • Participating in in-person and online training activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Previous Front-of-House, Bookings or Motor Vehicle Industry experience.
  • A strong commitment to following processes.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Proven time management skills.
  • A current NSW Driver's License.
  • A positive 'can-do' attitude.
