We are seeking an experienced surfboard craftsman to be part of a leading board manufacturing team working with progressive surfboard labels and professional surfers.

**Job Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • 2+ years' experience manufacturing high-performance surfboards
  • Experience in sanding, shaping, and lamination techniques
  • Knowledge of Shape 3D and Aku software
  • Qualified CNC operator skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with power tools
