AirPhysio, short for Airway Physiotherapy, started in 2015 with a dream of helping people with respiratory conditions and improve lung health. We understood many people suffer from respiratory conditions and natural therapy devices, although available, were relatively unknown and outdated. We are a dynamic, award winning, customer-focused manufacturing company based in Tweed Heads South and East Maitland, our product has been an industry leader for the last 2 years.

AirPhysio is growing as a business due to increased demand and we are looking for an experienced **Operations Manager **based at Tweed Heads South to join the team

**About the role**

Reporting to the General Manager, the Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the overall supply chain operations, ensuring the effectiveness of labour, productivity, quality control and safety measures established and set for each department. The Operations Manager will ensure safe and efficient business practices are adhered to and service as a company representative on regulatory issues. You will enhance operational procedures, systems, and principles in the areas of information flow and management, business processes, enhanced management reporting, and looking for continuous improvement opportunities.

You will also be responsible for planning, assigning, and directing work; authoring and discussing employee performance appraisals, addressing employee performance and implementing corrective action plans. You will be the source of employee motivation and morale within the supply chain operations and a major driver of workplace culture.
- Tertiary qualifications in operations management, business administration or related field, OR substantial and proven experience in an operations management position
- Strong budget development and oversight skills
- Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organisational control
- Broad experience in conflict management and business negotiation processes
- High level of competency in managing people
- Understanding of quality standards (such as ISO) and Work Health Safety
- Driver's License
- Up to date crime check
- Working knowledge of business software, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and an ability to learn new platforms used in the business
- Australian working rights
