About the Job

As a seasoned Project Manager, you will lead the delivery and expansion of our Optical Character Recognition (OCR) program. This pivotal role requires experience with OCR and sales order automation.

You will be responsible for ensuring project deliverables are met on time, while guiding a small team to address commercially advantageous priorities in line with stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the OCR program and sales order automation in collaboration with the Sales and customer care teams.
  • Establish and drive customer care engagement and sales teams' cadences/routines, conduct requirements gathering, and support testing activity to delivery.
  • Organize multiple projects, set priorities, and keep the programme on track, meeting key KPIs.
  • Provide work-in-progress status updates and proactively inform stakeholders.
  • Support the team to develop standard operating procedures for Customer EDI and OCR processes.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience managing an OCR program; consider eCommerce platforms or ERP integration experience.
  • Good understanding of OCR and Punch-out related standards and IT and eBusiness applications, with Dynamics ERP experience as a bonus.
  • Exceptional communication, group facilitation/presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong business analyst/project management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with experience running sprints.
  • Hands-on, organized, accountable, adaptable, and adept at managing conflicting priorities.
  • Experience with sales order automation is essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment with a sales and customer orientation.
