About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Residential Services Manager to lead our dedicated team at Onkaparinga Lodge in Huntfield Heights. As part of this role, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality person-centred care and services to residents.
Key responsibilities include managing a multi-disciplinary team, utilising available resources and modern management practices, and contributing to the development, implementation, and monitoring of operational plans.
About You:
We are looking for a candidate with significant senior management experience within the healthcare sector, possessing a proven track record in developing teams and delivering results. Essential skills and qualifications include relevant tertiary education, high-level communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with colleagues and leaders from various levels of the organisation.
Aged care sector experience is mandatory, as is a deep understanding of related services. If you possess these qualities and are passionate about providing exceptional care, we encourage you to apply.
