Job Description

We are seeking a qualified OOSH Educator/Responsible Person to join our well-established service at Merewether Beach. This opportunity will be available on a permanent part-time basis working across our before and after school programs and vacation care programs for children aged 5 – 12 years old.

As an OOSH Educator, you are expected to be an active member of a team which provides high-quality childhood education and care to children.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in an OOSH service is essential.
  • Computer literacy in order to document examples of learning stories.
  • Child Protection and Mandatory Reporting skills are required.
  • Workplace Health and Safety issues and practices must be understood.
  • The ability to maintain high-level understanding and respectful relationships with parents, carers, children, and young people is crucial.
