Family Practice Physician Opportunity
Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced family practice physician to join our medical team.
- Provide high-quality patient care, building strong relationships with patients and working collaboratively with healthcare professionals.
- Offer comprehensive medical services including routine check-ups, chronic disease management, and acute illness treatment.
- Collaborate effectively with nurses, MOAs, and pharmacists to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in clinical decision-making and quality improvement initiatives within the clinic.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
- Manage a patient panel, establishing new relationships or taking over an existing panel from another physician.
- Work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Be flexible and adapt to changing priorities and patient needs.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a valid medical license to practice in British Columbia and board certification in family medicine (or equivalent).
