Family Services Coordinator

Our organization seeks a skilled professional to fill a Human Services Professional position.
- Conduct comprehensive, biopsychosocial assessments of children and families to identify their unique needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based clinical interventions to address biological, psychological, and social needs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Provide ongoing risk management and crisis intervention services to ensure the well-being and safety of clients.
- Engage in continuous learning and improvement activities to enhance clinical skills and stay current with industry best practices.
- Hold a degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Occupational Therapy.
- Have experience delivering family-inclusive interventions for high-risk infants and children, preferably in a team-based environment.
- Be proficient in current mental health treatment approaches and modalities.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
