Job Title: Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team in Salisbury. This role will provide administrative support, communicate project information, track project requirements, and develop strong professional relationships with customers, suppliers, and account managers.

About the Role

This full-time position will work closely with our Branch Manager and Projects Team to provide end-to-end project facilitation, customer support, and coordination for key customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative support including preparing quotes, ordering products, processing purchase orders, arranging deliveries, invoicing, and tracking margins
  • Communicating project information and documentation daily to relevant stakeholders
  • Tracking project requirements and expectations, monitoring priorities, project status, and outcome
  • Documenting and communicating project variances
  • Developing strong professional relationships with customers, suppliers, and account managers
Requirements:
  • Experience in administration and coordination
  • Ability to prepare quotes, order products, process purchase orders, arrange deliveries, invoice, and track margins
  • Ability to coordinate with various entities at the same time
  • Strong professional relationships with customers, suppliers, and account managers
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to deal with variables
  • Team player
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
