The Role

The Client Executive (Account Management and Media Planning) is the key point of contact for our clients, responsible for the development, execution and delivery of media plans, delivering on strategy on time and in full. This role requires strong communication skills to develop recommendations across all channels (Paid, Owned, Earned) that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and executing media plans that meet client objectives
  • Building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the media landscape and consumer insights
  • Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns
  • Taking ownership of campaign performance and providing regular updates to clients and management
Requirements
  • Passion for the media industry
  • Well-developed media landscape knowledge and ability to articulate current consumer insights
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in media buying and planning
What Success Looks Like

In this role, success will be measured by the candidate's ability to:

  • Immerse themselves in the team and understand the status of all active and upcoming campaigns within 3 months
  • Establish collaborative relationships with all key stakeholders and internal reports within 3 months
  • Owning the C&C processes for specific allocated clients/campaigns from end to end, ensuring excellent attention to detail within 6 months
  • Demonstrating the ability to deliver on all aspects of the role in an efficient, effective and proactive way within 6 months
  • Taking on greater ownership for campaigns and clients - responsibility and volume, adding value to the team based on campaign performance within 12 months
