Job Title

We are seeking a temporary customer support specialist to join our successful and growing e-commerce brand.

About the Role
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, providing prompt and professional service
  • Troubleshoot order and product-related issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage order fulfillment challenges
  • Maintain accurate customer records and case tracking within the CRM system
  • Provide feedback to improve service processes and customer satisfaction
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a fast-paced call centre customer service environment, ideally within e-commerce or FMCG sectors
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A positive solutions-focused approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional service
