About the Position
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of participant records using relevant policies, guidelines, and legislation to inform funding decisions
  • Establish effective communication with participants and their representatives via phone calls to understand current circumstances and spending patterns
  • Maintain accurate and high-quality records aligned with established processes and standard operating procedures

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with participants and their representatives, providing operational and administrative support that directly impacts people's lives.

About You
  • Develop strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exhibit empathy and professionalism when engaging in sensitive or difficult conversations
  • Demonstrate solid IT skills, including data entry and analysis

You will bring a strong ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, with flexibility to adapt to changing requirements.
