Occupational Therapist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Senior Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team.


About the Role

The successful candidate will bring expertise, maturity, and strong time management and organisational skills to the role, managing an allocated caseload and delivering timely therapeutic services.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assess participants' developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological, and physical function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments.
  • Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance quality of life and meet goals.
  • Mentor and nurture early career clinicians.
  • Maintain awareness of current legislation for compliance.

Requirements
  • Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • A proactive attitude and interest in developing skills.
  • Experience mentoring and supervising Occupational Therapists.
  • Genuine passion for working in the disability sector.
