
Front Desk Customer Service Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Front Desk Receptionist/Housekeeper. This is a dynamic position that requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to property guests, managing the front desk operations, and performing housekeeping duties. You will also be required to monitor and replenish stock, ensure the property remains sparkling clean, and provide helpful local knowledge and recommendations to guests.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Previous experience in front desk reception, customer service, and commercial cleaning in an accommodation setting
- Good time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure
- Flexible availability 24/7 roster including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written
- Full Australian working rights with no restrictions
