Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our front office, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless guest experience from check-in to check-out.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front desk operations, including checking in and out guests, handling room assignments, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest inquiries and resolving any concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work closely with the hotel staff to ensure a smooth operation of the front desk, including coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments as needed.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external partners.
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry, with knowledge of front office operations and procedures.
