Be the calm, confident welcome at our front desk.

We're looking for a grounded, friendly and well-organised receptionist to join our team at our beautiful bathhouse and day spa in the city.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating a peaceful, professional experience from the moment guests arrive - and thrives in a wellness environment that values presence and care.

In this role you'll:

  • Greet clients with warmth and professionalism

  • Manage bookings, phone calls, and front desk flow

  • Support the team with admin and day-to-day coordination

  • Help keep the space running smoothly and beautifully

  • Attend to washing towels for the bathhouse

  • Clean spas at the end of the shift

You are:

  • Naturally warm, clear and confident in communication

  • Organised, efficient, and great at multitasking

  • Comfortable using computers and booking systems (we'll train you)

  • Calm under pressure, able to think on your feet, with a "can-do" attitude

  • Able to manage a busy workload

  • Available for weeknight shifts (5-8pm - perfect for working around uni, family or other jobs) and perhaps occasional weekends
