Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Ambassador to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, working in a fast-paced environment, and providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and register guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Provide information on local area attractions, helping guests make the most of their stay.
  • Complete department-related paperwork accurately and efficiently.
  • Utilize all communication equipment, including telephones, facsimiles, and computers, to deliver excellent results.
  • Meet guests face-to-face, generating sales appointments for our sales centers located at our amazing resorts and via livestream.
  • Establish commonality and build rapport with customers to ensure an exceptional experience.
  • Work closely with the resort operations team to provide a high level of service and a seamless transition for guests through the check-in process.
  • Clearly articulate the benefits of traveling within our community.
  • Meet targets and KPIs as set by the business.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar hotel position.
  • A genuine passion for customer service and the local area.
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • An enthusiastic, self-motivated, and positive individual.
  • Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards.
  • High levels of computer literacy.
  • Previous experience with a PMS system advantageous.
  • The ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace.
  • The ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public and school holidays.
