We are seeking a strategic leader to oversee our Human Resources department. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping our company culture and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Compliance & Risk Management:
    • Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory regulations, and internal HR policies.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements and proactively manage HR compliance and risk management.
  • Culture & Change Management:
    • Champion corporate culture transformation initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
    • Facilitate effective organizational change, providing leadership and guidance during transitional phases.
  • HR Analytics & Reporting:
    • Leverage HR analytics to inform decision-making, track HR performance metrics, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
    • Prepare detailed HR reports and dashboards for leadership reviews and strategic planning sessions.

To be successful in this role, you will require a Bachelor or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Additionally, a minimum of 10 years of comprehensive HR management experience, with proven expertise across all HR domains, is essential.
