Cardiac Catheter Laboratory Clinical Manager

The Cardiac Catheter Laboratory Clinical Manager is a key leadership position at Calvary Care, responsible for the administrative and clinical management of the Cardiac Catheter Laboratory.
This role requires a dedicated professional with extensive experience in cardiology and cardiac catheter laboratory management. The successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to provide ongoing education and support to junior staff.
Key Responsibilities- Responsible for the financial outcomes of the Cardiac Catheter Laboratory, ensuring achievement of performance targets.
- Demonstrated knowledge of safety and quality frameworks, with the ability to implement and maintain quality improvement programs.
- Collaborate with the Cardiac Catheter Laboratory team on coronary angiograms, pacemakers, angioplasty, EPS, and other cardiac devices.
- Responsible for the management of nursing and ancillary services in the Cardiac Catheter Laboratory, ensuring high standards of patient care.
- Extensive management/leadership experience in cardiology.
- Extensive cardiac catheter/cardiology experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to patient safety and quality improvement.
