As a site leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our retail sites.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and a proven track record of successfully managing a small business. They must be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have outstanding communication skills across all levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee daily operations of a busy fuel business
  2. Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales growth
  3. Lead a team of staff, providing training, mentoring, and motivation to ensure high performance standards
  4. Manage cash handling and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  5. Supervise food management and hygiene practices to maintain high standards
  6. Meet assigned KPIs and budgets, demonstrating business acumen and commercial awareness
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a retail site management role
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a team and develop leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 18kgs) and work on feet for long periods
  • Food Safety Certification desirable
