Trinity Petroleum Services Pty Ltd is a locally operated company with 16 Fuel & Convenience Retail outlets in Northern Queensland from Cooktown to Townsville.

We are inviting passionate and dynamic individuals to apply for future Retail Site Management positions. As a key member of our management team, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of a retail site, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving the success of the site.

As a Retail Site Manager you will be responsible for:
  1. Overseeing all daily operations of a busy and complex fuel business
  2. Merchandising, marketing and stock management
  3. Staff recruitment, training, mentoring and motivation
  4. Volume cash handling and reconciliations
  5. Food management supervision
  6. Hygiene & presentation standards
  7. Meeting assigned budgets and KPIs
The Successful Applicant:
  1. Previous experience in a similar role
  2. Demonstrated ability to manage a small business successfully
  3. A passion and commitment to succeed
  4. Outstanding communication across all levels
  5. Ability to manoeuvre heavy objects (lift up to 18kgs)

  11. Food Safety Certification desirable
