Mable is a leading company in AU, dedicated to providing innovative solutions for customers. As the Head of Customer Operations, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of customer service and experience.

Your responsibilities will include leading the Customer Operations teams, developing and implementing customer operations strategy, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will also work closely with internal stakeholders to implement best-practice models of care and collaborate with the HomeMade Product team to improve the customer experience.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (at least 5 years) in customer operations leadership roles, preferably within a technology-driven, high-growth organisation.
  • Strong knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including customer operations and strategy.
  • Proven ability to plan and manage operational processes and systems for maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Strong financial acumen and proven experience in managing budgets.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive strategic decision-making and process improvements.
