Key Responsibilities: Leadership : Provide leadership across all UIA NSW divisions and serve as a key member of the UIA executive team.
Strategic Oversight : Develop and oversee strategies to enhance the donor journey and build partnerships across the community.
Donor Engagement and Community Impact : Participate in and support community initiatives and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.

About You: We are seeking a results-driven leader with: A track record of driving organisational success and managing complex projects and relationships (operations management preferred).
The ability to inspire teams and manage diverse stakeholders.
