Transport Compliance Specialist

As a key member of our Community Transport division, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe, comfortable, and affordable transportation of our customers. Your primary objective will be to provide support in compliance, reporting, maintenance, and development across all transport locations.

The core responsibilities for this position include:

• Specialised support to CTABs Users in implementation across LiveBetter
• Running of CTABs reports to meet with TfNSW & LiveBetter reporting requirements.
• Support Multi-Site Coordinators and Transport Liaison Officers in CTABS use and compliance across each location.
• Collating and monitoring CTABs reporting across all locations to ensure all reporting is accurate.
• Promote, develop, and maintain positive partnerships with internal and external key stakeholders to meet service delivery outcomes.
• Support Multi-Site Coordinators and Transport Liaison Officer's in reporting via CTABS to funding bodies in a timely & accurate manner including ODIN, NSW Health, A

**Position Requirements:**

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role or a related field.
• Strong understanding of CTABs software and its applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work collaboratively with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
