As a Transport Compliance Specialist, you will partner with multiple business units to provide expert guidance on heavy vehicle regulations, adapting systems to ensure full compliance across sites, carriers, and transport contractors.

  • Interpret and monitor evolving CoR legislation, ensuring seamless alignment with integrated safety management systems.">
  • Develop and manage internal and external audit schedules, conducting in-depth audits and producing detailed reports with actionable recommendations.">
  • Lead training needs analyses and coordinate the design and delivery of compliance programs, coaching junior coordinators and advisors in transport legislation and safety best practices.">
  • Oversee or participate in ICAM investigations, working closely with QHSE teams to conduct root cause analyses and champion safety improvements.">
  • Collaborate on introducing digital platforms and integrated systems that strengthen transport governance frameworks, ensuring seamless alignment with operations teams and senior leadership.">

Requirements

">

We are seeking an individual with solid experience gained in transport operations, compliance, or training, underpinned by a thorough understanding of CoR legislation.

  • A proven ability to deliver high-quality training and communicate complex compliance requirements to diverse audiences.">
  • Familiarity with accreditation frameworks, particularly NHVAS, along with strong proficiency in MS Office and report writing.">
  • Relevant qualifications in CoR, fatigue management, mass, load restraint, or maintenance.">
  • Bonus: ICAM Lead Investigator certification (or equivalent).">
  • A full driving license and own vehicle, with flexibility to travel intrastate as required.">
