New Enquiries Officer Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic New Enquiries Officer to join our Melbourne office. As the first point of contact for potential clients, you will provide an exceptional service experience, actively listening to their needs and guiding them through our process.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with potential clients via phone, providing a supportive and connected service experience.
- Facilitate communication between clients and solicitors, ensuring all inquiries are handled promptly and efficiently.
- Manage client files and updates using Salesforce, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Support clients with their contracts, providing clear and concise guidance.
- Perform administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and maintaining digital and paper files.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably from a small law firm background.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships.
- A positive, can-do attitude, and a strong desire to help people.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and adaptability to new systems.
- A highly organized approach, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- A competitive salary package of $70k-$75k plus superannuation.
