Temporary Credit Officer Opportunity

We are seeking a reliable and passionate Credit Officer to join our team on a temporary basis. This role will focus on banking, allocations, and reconciliations, and will see you through until the end of the year, with a potential for extension into the new year.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate daily cash receipts from customers to invoices in the ERP system.
  • Allocate daily credit card transactions from customers to invoices in the ERP system.
  • Ensure all unallocated cash receipts are actioned in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile customer statements.
  • Assist with accounts receivable enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support customer service with accounts receivable enquiries.
  • Reconcile supplier statements.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role with a strong focus on banking and allocation.
  • Capable of working autonomously and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail in processing data.
  • Good communication skills - written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated Excel skill set.
  • Self-starter with a strong team focus.
