At Allianz Australia Services Pty Ltd, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer outcomes and fostering a culture of excellence. As a Senior Property Assessor, you'll play a critical role in maintaining timely delivery of property claims outcomes that meet or exceed customer expectations.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with claimants, repairers, and internal/external stakeholders to drive timely decision-making and life-of-claim outcomes.
- Assess indemnity, liability, costs, and the validity of building and remediation scope of works.
- Review building and remediation cause of damage reports, including geotechnical and structural engineering reports.
- Identify defects and non-compliance repairs utilising Australian Standards and National Construction Code.
About You
- Hold Building Trade Qualifications and/or Loss Assessor qualification through ANZIIF.
- Bring extensive property assessing and customer service experience.
- Demonstrate comprehensive technical knowledge of insurance and loss theories and practices.
- Exhibit ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks, and manage competing resources and demands.
- Show evidence of technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting, and communication tools.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
