Expand Your Horizons as a Key Account Professional
Job DescriptionWe seek an exceptional individual to spearhead the expansion of our Payment module, leveraging existing relationships and uncovering new opportunities. As a crucial member of our team, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to drive growth and develop effective strategies for engaging with our customer base.
You will be responsible for delivering compelling product demonstrations, building rapport with key decision-makers, and fostering strong partnerships with our Customer Success team. Your ability to adapt to changing circumstances and think creatively will be invaluable in driving business results.
Key areas of focus include:
- Generating high-quality leads through targeted outreach and prospect engagement
- Developing and executing sales strategies that meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Effectively managing the sales pipeline using CRM software, ensuring seamless tracking and follow-up on active opportunities
- Crafting and maintaining a proactive Territory Plan, aligned with company objectives
- Collaborating with Marketing to optimize messaging and campaign effectiveness
- Supporting complex bid processes, interacting with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
To succeed in this role, you must possess a deep understanding of the Payments landscape in Australia, including knowledge of the latest trends and regulations. Proven experience selling Payment solutions is essential, along with excellent communication skills and a consultative approach to sales.
RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience selling Payment solutions
- A strong grasp of the Australian Payments landscape, including knowledge of the latest trends and regulations
- Proven ability to engage senior finance executives and build lasting relationships
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business outcomes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse stakeholder groups
