Our company is seeking experienced Production Leaders to oversee and guide our food production, sandwich assembly, and packing teams across different shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide the crew that builds the foundation of our food in a Food Prep Team role
  • Lead a focused team through the quiet early hours as the Bread Team Leader, ensuring every wrap and baguette is built right, labelled correctly, and delivered fresh
  • Lead a small, fast-moving team responsible for final food presentation as the Packing Team Leader, ensuring every platter, bowl, salad, and sandwich looks great, is labelled accurately, and arrives in perfect condition
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in kitchens (café, restaurant, or food production)
  • Prior experience leading or supervising a small team
  • Strong understanding of food safety, portioning, and station timing
  • Comfortable giving and receiving instructions in clear spoken English
  • Able to work at pace while keeping standards high
  • Reliable, mature, and committed
