Lead Food Production Operations

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily production operations and ensure compliance with established procedures and standards.
  • Lead a team of manufacturing personnel, providing direction, guidance, and support as needed.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity, reducing costs and improving quality.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage relationships with union representatives and negotiate collective agreements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a food production supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of delivering results, managing teams, and driving safety and quality initiatives.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of food production processes and quality control measures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
