Food Production Supervisor

Mount Druitt Location

We are currently seeking an experienced Food Production Supervisor to join a fast-paced food processing facility located in Mt Druitt . This is a casual, full-time hours role with the potential to transition into a permanent position.

Day Shift : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00am – 4 : 00pm

Key Responsibilities :

Supervise and lead a team of production staff

Allocate daily tasks and manage workflow

Oversee machine maintenance and troubleshooting

Monitor and maintain stock levels

Ensure production targets and KPIs are met

Hands-on role requiring some heavy lifting

Work in a cool / cold environment

Handle and process beef, pork, and cheese product

To be considered for this role you must have :

  • Must have previous supervisor experience
  • Comfortable working in a cool environment
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Comfortable working with meat - pork, beef, chicken
  • Recent experience in a similar role
  • Available to start ASAP
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great attention to detail
