Child Safety Specialist

Job Opportunity:
This role is a key contributor to improving child safety and wellbeing. As a member of our team, you will work closely with stakeholders to identify and address issues that may impact tasks and suggest improvements to work practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing lasting relationships by working collaboratively to deliver customer-focused outcomes;
- Fostering an inclusive workplace where safety and wellbeing are promoted and prioritized;
- Recognizing and articulating the interests of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and consulting and negotiating according to their protocols.
Requirements:
- A strong understanding of the issues impacting both cultures in contemporary society;
- The ability to analyze information and make recommendations based on evidence;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
