About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Receptionist to join our Cairns office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and staff professionally
  • Answer and transfer telephone calls efficiently
  • Take detailed messages and distribute faxes electronically
  • Distribute incoming and prepare outgoing mail
  • Set up and prepare meeting rooms for the day
  • Organize, clean, and maintain the staff kitchen
  • Assist with catering, stationery, and IT requirements
  • Support with opening files, conducting searches, and archiving files
  • Perform general administrative duties

About You

We seek a professional who enjoys working with people, providing excellent support and confidentiality to our office and clients. You will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and manage conflicting priorities.

Previous reception experience in a legal environment or equivalent is highly regarded. If you are passionate about delivering top-notch service and supporting a dynamic team, we encourage you to apply.
