Job descriptionAn exciting opportunity has arisen in our Cairns office for a full-time Receptionist. Your duties will include:
- Greeting clients and staff
- Answering and transferring telephone calls
- Taking detailed messages
- Electronically distributing faxes
- Distributing incoming and preparing outgoing mail
- Setting up and preparing meeting rooms for the day
- Organising, cleaning and maintaining the staff kitchen
- Assisting with catering, stationery and IT requirements
- Assisting with opening files, conducting searches and archiving files
- General administrative duties
Estimated salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum.
RequirementsYou will enjoy working with people and providing our office and clients with support and confidentiality. You should have great communication skills, excellent attention to detail and be able to multitask and manage conflicting priorities. You should also be professionally presented and have a polished telephone manner with enthusiasm and willingness to work on your own and with our team.
Previous reception experience in a legal environment or equivalent is highly regarded.
