Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to join our team as a Strategic Financial Partner. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert financial guidance and support to business leaders across various projects.

You will work closely with stakeholders to develop forward-looking financial strategies, analyze project budgets, and provide commercially focused financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide trusted financial advice to key stakeholders to align business direction and financial strategies
  • Conduct analytical reviews on project budgets and financial performance
  • Support and manage financial aspects of projects within the business
  • Analyze actual vs budget expense accounts on the Profit and Loss Statement
  • Tender Reviews on project pricing, assess profitability and risk
  • Assist in addressing queries from various stakeholders
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
  • Pursuing or completed CPA/CA qualification (or equivalent) is highly desirable
  • 3+ years' experience in a finance partnering or similar role
  • Ability to operate under ambiguity and develop new ideas and business solutions
  • Ability to influence, manage and prioritise across diverse stakeholders
  • Experience in delivering commercial outcomes
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and data analytics tools
