Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Business Partner to join our team. As a Senior Financial Advisor, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial analysis and advice to support decision-making processes.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and manage budgets effectively
  • Identify opportunities for cost efficiencies and improved financial performance
  • Prepare detailed financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements
  • Support the organisation's long-term financial planning and strategy development
  • Lead and mentor junior finance team members to achieve team objectives
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on financial matters
Requirements:
  • Strong background in accounting and finance, ideally within the public sector
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • CPA or CA accreditation (or equivalent) is highly regarded
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner
  • Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
