About This Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Curriculum Development: Design and deliver customized training programs that cater to the needs of diverse audiences, including creating engaging content and facilitating in-person and virtual sessions.
  • Evaluation and Improvement: Assess the effectiveness of training initiatives, gather feedback, and continuously refine training materials and methodologies to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Partner Management: Collaborate with external partners to monitor participant progress, ensuring high standards and successful project outcomes.
  • Product Knowledge and Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest products and technical advancements, enhancing product knowledge, application expertise, and training capabilities.
  • Sales Support and Customer Engagement: Provide sales teams with customer inquiries related to proposal solutions and accompany them on customer visits to promote SMC equipment.
  • Technical and Product Support: Offer technical assistance to sales teams, customers, and distributors, including equipment commissioning and training through on-site or remote presentations.
  • Business Development and Marketing: Collaborate with marketing and sales to identify new opportunities and develop strategies to grow market share.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Displays strong technical knowledge of pneumatics and our product portfolio.
  • Possesses excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills to engage learners and adapt to diverse learning styles.
  • Skilled in creating compelling training materials, troubleshooting technical issues during sessions, and delivering both on-site and remote training across various locations.
  • Experienced in instructional design and working effectively across organizational boundaries.
  • Degree in mechanical, electrical, or mechatronic engineering.
