Our team is seeking a dynamic and passionate educator to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our education centre. As an Assessment and Business Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality assessment planning and delivery to work towards conversion targets.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing quality assessment planning and delivery to work towards conversion targets.
- Delivering exceptional customer service with outstanding communication skills.
- Contributing to the successful operations of the team by analysing data and answering inquiries.
- Ensuring all assessment administrative tasks are accurately entered into our database.
- Guiding potential customers on key methodologies and terms & conditions.
- Working closely with dedicated educators to maintain teacher quality.
About You:
- A qualified teacher or in your final year of a teaching degree.
- A passion for driving business growth and contributing to the success of an educational institution.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence in using software and computers to handle data.
- A positive, enthusiastic and dynamic personality.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.
- Adaptability to new challenges and technologies.
