Social Media Coordinator Job Description

At our organization, we're seeking a talented Social Media Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media presence, and fostering strong relationships with our audience.

As a Social Media Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in content creation, social media management, and community engagement. You will work closely with our marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns that drive results and build brand awareness.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience working on social media, a strong sense of brand tone and visual style, and excellent writing and editing skills. They will also be comfortable using content and video editing tools like Canva, CapCut, Final Cut/Premier Pro, Figma, or native app editors.

  • Support our social media presence: help plan, draft, and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more, in line with our brand and marketing goals.
  • Find and manage creator partnerships: identify aligned social creators, coordinate partnerships, and track performance to grow reach and credibility.
  • Experiment and learn: run small tests across formats, hashtags, and posting strategies, and report on what's landing and what we can improve.
  • Engage with our audience: surface compelling stories, product moments, and community conversations that build trust and engagement.

Additional responsibilities include monitoring DMs, replying to comments, and keeping a pulse on how people are responding to our content and brand. You will also support marketing operations by jumping in on cross-functional marketing needs like updating app store listings, helping coordinate email marketing, or supporting paid campaigns.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience working on social media.
