Job Title: Disability Support Professional

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team. As a Disability Support Professional, you will work collaboratively with individuals with disabilities to provide personalized support services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and monitor client support plans, ensuring that each individual's needs are met in a timely and effective manner.
  • Adopt a client-focused approach, prioritizing the well-being and comfort of each participant.
  • Engage in professional and respectful interactions with colleagues and stakeholders, upholding the highest standards of communication.
  • Meet compliance and training requirements, staying up-to-date with industry best practices.
  • Work across various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and sleepovers, providing 24/7 support when needed.
Requirements
  • Hold a minimum Certificate III in Disability or equivalent qualification.
  • Undergo a National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) worker screening check and Working with Children check.
  • Maintain current First Aid Certification (HLTAID003 & HLTAID001).
  • Hold a current Manual Handling Certificate.
  • Possess a valid driver's license.
  • Be eligible to work in Australia.
