Speech Pathologist Opportunity

Northcott offers a supportive environment for speech pathologists to develop their clinical skills and build their caseload. Our graduate program provides 12 weeks of training, including multidisciplinary and discipline-specific topics, opportunities to shadow experienced therapists, and weekly clinical supervision.

The role involves managing a caseload and delivering therapy interventions to individuals with physical, neurodiverse, and developmental disabilities. You will have the opportunity to work in various locations, including clinics, schools, homes, and via telehealth. The position also offers flexible and family-friendly work arrangements.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent oral and written communication skills, be able to manage a caseload efficiently, and have tertiary qualifications in speech pathology. Registration with SPA is also required.
