Speech Pathology Career Opportunity

We welcome graduating speech pathology students to start their clinical journey with us. Our therapists specialize in the disability sector, working closely with customers, their families, and other health professionals.

Our new graduate program provides 12 weeks of comprehensive training, covering multidisciplinary and discipline-specific topics. You will also have opportunities to shadow experienced therapists, participate in new graduate peer meetings, receive weekly clinical supervision, and build your caseload.

As a speech pathologist, you will provide therapy interventions to children and adults with physical, neurodiverse, and developmental disabilities. You will develop clinical skills across many areas of practice, find your passion, and work in a community-based service delivery environment.

You will receive structured, evidence-based clinical supervision tailored to your needs and learning goals. You will also have access to professional development opportunities, allowing you to expand your skills and knowledge. In addition, you will have flexible and family-friendly work arrangements.

We are looking for individuals with a genuine interest and commitment to the human services industry. Desired skills include an understanding of NDIS, excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to manage a caseload, and registration with SPA.
