Knowledge Assessment Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee our Knowledge and Experience Assessment unit.
This role will involve leading established teams responsible for assessing applicant knowledge and experience, ensuring effective operational outcomes.
To succeed in this position, you must demonstrate:
- Significant expertise in developing and/or managing efficient assessment of knowledge and competence within a similar sector
- Strong experience in managing the delivery and continuous improvement of assessment tools, practices, and assessment outcomes
- Substantial experience in team management and leadership
- Ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills and adaptability in a changing work environment
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage your expertise to drive continuous improvement in operational policies, processes, and procedures
- Manage and deliver high-quality assessment tools and practices
- Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
