Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced individual to lead and develop our Knowledge Assessment unit, driving strategic and operational business outcomes.

The role will oversee established teams delivering the assessment of applicant knowledge and experience to support our organisation's goals.

To achieve this, you will need to drive the continuous improvement and development of operational policies, processes, and procedures for effective and efficient assessment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage efficient and effective assessment of knowledge and competence within the VET sector or similar
  • Manage the delivery and continuous improvement of assessment tools, practices, and assessment outcomes
  • Lead and drive teams to achieve organisational goals
  • Build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills and adaptability in a changing work environment
Requirements
  1. Substantial experience in developing and/or managing efficient and effective assessment of knowledge and competence within the VET sector or similar
  2. Strong experience in managing the delivery and continuous improvement of assessment tools, practices, and assessment outcomes
  3. Substantial experience in leading and driving teams
  4. Ability to build effective relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
  5. Strong leadership skills and ability to adapt to changes in the work environment
