- Lead and motivate the team to develop creative ways to drive sales targets and ensure our customers receive personal attention by creating an exceptional in-store experience.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize customer in-store experiences and achieve sales targets.
- People leadership/supervisory experience within a retail environment preferred.
- Retail sales experience and proven customer service and selling skills.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly motivated individual looking for career progression.
- Experience in cosmetics preferred, although not a requirement.
- Previous beauty industry experience working with luxury beauty brands preferred.
