About the Role

As the Accounts Payable Officer, you will be responsible for providing financial and administrative support to the Accounts Payable Team. Your key functions will include processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices, as well as assisting with the roll-out of automation technology across all entities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely payment of vendor accounts and outstanding invoices
  • Accurate and timely entry of supplier invoices
  • Reconciliation statements and schedule payment runs
  • Run reports and support with month-end processes
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience processing accounts payable
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Minimum three years' experience within a large organisation processing large volumes of data
  • A current National Police Check
  • Experience with MYOB and Microsoft Dynamics desirable
