Presales Technical Support Engineer

As a key member of our technical team, you will play a vital role in providing presales support on our software products. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze prospects' business and technical requirements and present our solutions that meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technically support sales, marketing, and Channel Partner teams with benefit-oriented, feature-specific demonstrations, workshops, and collateral that promote Bentley solutions for Structural analysis and design.
  • Assist in composing technical proposals and benchmarks.
  • Perform software product training activities, project assessments, reviews, and audits.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or higher in Civil/Structural Engineering.
  • 3-5 years of industry experience in Structural-engineering consulting and design.
  • 3-5 years of software experience with STAAD.Pro in real-time projects.
  • Candidates with additional experience on RAM Structural System, RAM Concept, or other Structural Engineering software will be given priority.
