Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Officer to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support incident and breach management frameworks, policies, tools, systems, and processes.
  • Provide expert compliance advisory services on regulatory incidents and breaches.
  • Undertake compliance assessments of incidents to support regulatory breach assessment processes.
  • Present compliance assessments to stakeholders as required.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in compliance or legal professional with exposure in regulatory compliance, incident, and breach management within the Australian financial services industry.
  • A strong understanding of relevant legislative and regulatory obligations, frameworks, and industry codes.
  • The ability to rapidly analyze and communicate complex matters in a commercially sensible way.
