  • Understand and assess a client's support needs, confirming functional capability and ensuring staff and leaders have appropriate training to ensure specific support needs are met.
  • Support a culture of person-centred practice which puts clients, families, carers and guardians at the forefront of everything we do.
  • Provide a customer experience in line with Endeavour Foundation's Values and behaviours, managing day to day relationships with clients, their families and external referral organisations.
  • Foster collaboration with regional site leadership teams, supporting the co-creating and co-delivery approach across and within the business.
  • Through a comprehensive understanding of the NDIS and disability sector, match clients to life changing services that support their goals and aspirations, maximising the usage of Individual NDIS funding levels.
  • Assist in the development of a relevant pipeline of qualified leads aligned to drive the growth and sustainability of our core customer program, helping to identify new market opportunities.

  • Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services or a relevant field.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in the community services sector.
  • Experience analysing support needs and creating comprehensive assessments to maximise NDIS funding opportunities.
  • Large volume Case Management for Disability or support networks is highly desirable.
  • Excellent relationship management, interpersonal and communication skills with an engaging and inspiring communication style to leverage further opportunities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyse and disseminate data to drive customer conversion ratios and provide actionable insights for key stakeholders.
  • Hold or be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check (Blue Card), NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card), National Criminal History Check (Fit2Work), and an open Drivers License with comprehensive insurance on your vehicle.
